Breast-Conserving Surgery + Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy

Mostly used for early-stage breast cancer, when the tumor-to-breast ratio is appropriate, imaging shows focal lesions, and clinical assessment indicates no axillary involvement. The decision is influenced by tumor type and stage, the need for neoadjuvant therapy, general condition, and radiotherapy conditions. Sentinel lymph node biopsy is suitable for clinically lymph node-negative patients, with the final decision based on multidisciplinary assessment.
