Conjunctival Mass Excision + Cryotherapy + Amniotic Membrane Transplantation

This procedure may be considered when there is persistent proliferation, pigment changes, abnormal blood vessels, or recurrent irritation symptoms in the conjunctiva, and imaging and slit lamp examination suggest the need for excision and repair. The decision is usually based on a comprehensive assessment of the lesion size and location, boundary characteristics, previous recurrence, the condition of the limbus and ocular surface, and whether cryotherapy and amniotic membrane repair are suitable.
